Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event. We at Construction Consultants would like to reassure all our clients and colleagues that we are taking all steps possible to ensure that we are able to continue to provide our services uninterrupted.
The health and safety of both our staff and our clients is of paramount importance to us. We have been closely monitoring and implementing the latest advice from the Australian Government and will continue to do so over the coming days. For some time, we have invested in our IT infrastructure upgrades giving our team the ability to operate remotely thus providing our clients with uninterrupted support.
In consideration of the current situation and in the interest of our staff and clients’ wellbeing, we have taken the following precautionary measures, effective Friday 20 March 2020.
• Part of our QS Team will be working remotely, with full access to our digital records and secure online access.
• The entire team remains contactable via – Email, Phone or other Video Conferencing platforms.
• Our PM Team will continue to do site visits whilst exercising caution by doing the following:
o Use of masks, gloves & protective eyewear.
o Resort to alternative technology methods to conduct meetings.
o Re-schedule non -essential face to face meetings wherever possible.
