As General Manager of Business Development, Alexander oversees the full lifecycle of projects across both Project Management and Quantity Surveying. His greatest strength lies in building strong, trusted relationships with clients, enabling the seamless delivery of projects.

In addition to his extensive background in construction and development, Alexander gained valuable skills and insights during his time as National Construction Risk Manager at St. George Bank. In this role, he was responsible for assessing the financial capacity of builders, reviewing contracts, and advising on risk mitigation strategies — experience that gives him a unique and highly informed perspective on financial risk when assessing projects.

With a strong focus on project coordination and compliance, Alexander’s attention to detail and commitment to client outcomes have made him a highly valued leader and a key asset to the Construction Consultants team.
