With more than two decades as Head of Construction Risk (Property Finance) at Westpac, Bruce draws on extensive experience across both residential and commercial developments. He is known for his accuracy, integrity, and clear-eyed assessments — qualities he brings to peer reviews, site inspections, and advisory work. Bruce regularly advises on strategies to complete distressed projects, particularly in cases where builders have entered administration.
