Deanie brings over two decades of experience in development, project management, and quantity surveying across a wide range of industries, including residential, office, retail, hospitality, aged care, clubs, industrial, healthcare, government, and infrastructure.

Her development expertise is complemented by a strong understanding of finance, banking compliance, and policy. As State Manager and Director of Development and Construction Risk at Westpac, Deanie actively managed, monitored, and mitigated development and asset-related risks across more than 150 projects nationwide. She also developed significant expertise in legal contracts and dispute resolution.

At Construction Consultants, Deanie provides quantity surveying and project management services to developers, investors, financiers, and government departments across Victoria. Her invaluable contributions to the CC team include maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and excelling in contract administration and negotiations. With a sharp focus on risk management, she brings a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy — from project inception through to handover.
